A bit disappointed with the workshop service, since they only receive by appointment, and I felt that the person who assisted us only wanted to sell more repairs than what I was requesting, too insistent on doing extra things that were not necessary and was They asked, by refusing to allow additional repairs to be made to what was requested, they denied us the service and required us to return another day with an appointment, I ended up taking my car to another place where they immediately gave me the requested attention and without that insistence of selling me additional repairs
The truth is, the service they offer here is very bad. If you can avoid the place, do so.
My car entered because they crashed. The shop had to accommodate and replace some parts.
Apart from the fact that it took them months to serve us and that they repeatedly told us to leave the car, and then in the end it was better another day, when they finally "fixed" the car, they gave it to us with nuts, screws and staples missing and with a sound in the engine that the car didn't have before. When we complained to them they did not want to take responsibility until we told them that we were going to give them one last opportunity to check the car before calling the insurance. We left the car with them again to give them the opportunity to review it and correct their mistake, and they delivered it to us with all the missing screws afterwards, but still with the sound it had before. They denied the sound was their fault and did not make the slightest effort to check it.
In the end, I had to take my car to a tinker and it turned out that the assembly they did here on this Ford was poorly done, and the sound would have been fixed by checking that the parts were correctly installed.
Don't go here. They are very bad at doing things and worse at customer service.
Bad communication. I bought a NEW van and they are delivering it to me with transport mileage from Monterrey to Reynosa when I clearly asked that I want it completely NEW and I asked thousands of times if they would move it by tow truck or godmother to which they said yes.
A thousand cans with the insurance issue by taking it out there with themselves.
